Initial Consultation At No Charge

The consultation can take place over the phone or in-person at our offices. Our Initial Legal Consultation Policy is as follows:

1 QUESTIONNAIRE:

You may be required to complete a questionnaire describing your legal issue and identifying all adverse parties.

2 SCHEDULING:

We will contact you to schedule the initial consultation.

3 ACCEPTANCE:

Any employment of the law firm is subject to subsequent written acceptance by the law firm For example, we may decline to accept you as a client if your legal problem does not fit into our practice areas. Do not send any confidential information or documents about your case until we accept the representation.

4 CONFIDENTIALITY:

Information that you provide to us after we have cleared possible ethical conflicts of interest and scheduled your consultation will be considered confidential under the attorney-client privilege.

5 TIME BEYOND INITIAL CONSULTATION:

If the consultation extends beyond one half hour or you request additional legal work you are required to engage and compensate the law firm.
